What it means
PC30 is the standing-still member of the family: stopping in the controlled area of a crossing, the zigzags, under s. 25 RTRA 1984. Its modern twist mirrors TS50: the same markings are policed twice, an officer's case is PC30 with 3 points, a council's camera is a penalty charge with no points at all, and which letter arrives decides whether a record entry exists.
