3. Server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes certain technical information, including:

4. Machine translation

Our automated translation tool uses Microsoft Azure AI Translator.

When you submit text for translation, that text and your selected languages are sent to Microsoft to produce the translation. Our Azure Translator resource is hosted in the UK South region.

Cengolio does not permanently store the text you submit. According to Microsoft, standard translation requests are not used to train its general translation models.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your email address, your message, and any attachments in order to respond to your enquiry or provide the service you have requested.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or, for general business correspondence, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We delete your data once it is no longer needed, unless we are required to retain it by law.
